Authorities and funding

In pilot operation

Supplementary benefits (Ergänzungsleistungen), the helplessness allowance (Hilflosenentschädigung), health insurers. We prepare applications and accompany you to appointments.

How it works

  1. Together we clarify which entitlements may apply — supplementary benefits, helplessness allowance, care credits.
  2. We prepare the documents with you, complete and on time.
  3. On request we accompany you to appointments and stay on it until a decision arrives.

Where our limit lies

  • Whether an entitlement exists is decided by the authority — we promise no outcomes, we deliver complete files.
  • We do not provide legal advice in the strict sense; where it is needed, we name the right services.

We are not a medical service. Treatment is given by doctors and by Spitex (the Swiss home-care service) — we coordinate, explain and ease the load.

What does it cost?

The first conversation is free — about an hour, at your home, and you decide afterwards in your own time. After that an hour costs 150 francs; for longer support there are packages. If the price were the reason not to call — please call anyway.

This is how it begins

It always begins with a first conversation — free of charge and without obligation. You talk, we listen, and afterwards you decide whether to carry on.
