For organisations

What working together actually means

We do not treat and we do not nurse. We work where families run out of strength — between hospital discharge and the first home-care visit, between a decree and understanding it, between all the responsibilities. That is not competition with your work; it is relief at its edge.

The division of work, in three sentences

Stays with you

Treatment, nursing, prescription, assessment, every professional and every clinical decision. We take none of it. Regulated care is delivered by authorised providers in their own systems — that is not modesty, it is the boundary we are built on.

We take on

The in-between: understanding, sorting, phoning, following up, staying with it. Who applies for supplementary benefits, who for the helplessness allowance, what the cost-approval request is missing, and who calls the insurer back. This work is in nobody's job description — and it is what makes family carers give up.

Stays with the family

The decision. We tell nobody what they ought to want — not about a care level, not about moving into a home, not at the end. We make sure the family understands what it is deciding about, and then it steps back into the centre, where it belongs.

Who this is for

The region is Bern–Belp. We are deliberately small and grow slowly.

Home-care organisations

When questions pile up during visits that are not care minutes: the insurer, the application, the stack of paper on the kitchen table.

Medical practices

When fifteen minutes of consultation after a diagnosis are not enough to sort what comes next, in which order.

Hospitals and transitional care

At discharge, when the bed at home isn't ready, home care isn't prescribed yet, and nobody knows who organises what by Friday.

Municipalities and social services

When someone lies between the pension office, social services and the insurer, and nobody holds the thread.

Transport and driving services

So that appointment, journey and accompaniment are one plan instead of three phone calls from three different people.

Homes and assisted living

For the months before — while the family still carries it and the move deserves preparation instead of arriving suddenly.

What a beginning looks like

No contract, no interface, no project. A conversation and one case.

  1. A conversation, half an hour. You tell us where coordination gets stuck at your end.
  2. One single concrete case, with the family's written consent. We take the in-between, you keep everything professional — and only the details this one case needs are shared.
  3. Afterwards we talk about what actually happened — and only then about whether it becomes something fixed.

What we do not promise you

  • No availability guarantee. We are a young, small team and would rather say no than too much yes.
  • No medical responsibility. We make no diagnosis, change no treatment, and decide nothing about entitlement or urgency.
  • No data taken along the way. What a family entrusts to us stays with us; what you give us, only with a clear purpose and consent.

For the meeting

If you have just opened this page in a conversation: the direct way is a phone call — +41 78 622 39 66, Iris Myriel Bieri personally. We are in Belp, on Flugplatzstrasse, by the airfield.

Supporting us Being built

There are people and foundations who would like to carry this work without being a partner organisation. We are building that possibility now — carefully, because money for care demands a care of its own. Until it stands, the most honest route is a conversation.
