The same craft, different rooms.

I began as a commercial specialist in tourism, with an internship year at Expo.02. Then eight years with Delta Air Lines as a flight attendant and purser, with Miami, New York and Maui in between. Back in Bern, I supported over 80 trade fairs and congresses at BERNEXPO. I also guided guests through the new Festhalle — from the construction phase to the opening.

Today I work as a nursing assistant SRC (Pflegehelferin SRK) in outpatient care and visit people in their homes. Much of it is the same craft as before: listening, staying calm, making sure someone feels in good hands. Just without an audience.

Those who organise care often experience the opposite of good hospitality: responsibilities are unclear, information gets lost between appointments, relatives coordinate alone.

That is exactly where CareJourney came from. In hospitality it goes without saying that someone keeps the overview and you never have to tell the same story twice. In care, it should be just as self-evident.

CareJourney is my own undertaking. I am responsible for the service model, for family support and for the step-by-step build-up from the website to the portal — and I hold the first conversations myself. It takes shape in the context of Human Nature Codex; no company has been founded yet, and the responsibility is mine.
